If you need to cancel, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. For Fly Me To You bookings or longer engagements, any non-recoverable travel costs (such as flights, accommodation, or transfers) are also the responsibility of the client.
In the exceptionally rare instance that I need to cancel, you will of course receive a full refund of your deposit.
However, if a booking must be cancelled due to circumstances outside my control — such as flight cancellations, border closures, or extreme weather — your deposit will be refunded minus any unrecoverable travel expenses. In such cases, I’ll always do my utmost to reschedule our date or apply your deposit toward a future meeting.
What services do you provide?

For Fly Me To You or extended bookings, please note that any non-recoverable travel expenses (such as flights, accommodation, or transfers) are the responsibility of the client. If a booking must be cancelled due to circumstances outside my control — such as airline cancellations, border closures, or extreme weather — your deposit will be refunded minus any unrecoverable travel costs. In such cases, I’ll always do my utmost to reschedule our date or apply your deposit toward a future meeting. If you’d prefer that I book flexible or refundable travel to allow for rescheduling, please let me know when arranging our date so I can quote accordingly.
